Dr Ravi Khetarpal, Executive Secretary, APAARI and Dr Rishi Tyagi, Coordinator, Asia-Pacific Consortium on Agricultural Biotechnology (APCoAB), APAARI visited Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Thailand on October 8, 2017. A meeting was held with Mr Allen Chenhwa Lou, Director Political Division, Yu-Chen (Janet) Shih, Secretary Political Division and Charoen Nitiwatanapong, Secretary, Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Thailand. Plan of expansion of activities under APCoAB was discussed with a focus on application of biotechnology for sustainable utilization of bioresources in Asia-Pacific region.
