The Institutional John Dillon Fellowship has supported around 15 individuals in career development of outstanding agricultural scientists and economists since 2002. This new approach, the Institutional John Dillon Fellowship or iJDF, will focus on training and mentoring on specific agencies and assist their needs in the real-world challenges. It also allows Fellows on case-study thematic projects to address those needs and strengthen capacity to identify, design and implement policies and programs faced in the local agriculture and food systems in the region.
